This position will be fully accountable for all HR data, analytics, dashboards and projects; wonderful opportunity to own the data! This person will report directly to the Director of HR and will work with all HR stakeholders as well as Operations Leaders. Will have a key role working with all HCM vendors. The ideal person will have an understanding of the full life cycle of an employee and will manage, not only the Core HR system, but the Talent Management, LMS, ATS and Performance modules. Candidates must have experience with HRIS as a specialist or a generalist and must have worked in an SMB system such as SuccessFactors, SilkRoad, UltiPro, ADP WorkforceNow or similar. This person will also build dashboards and interpret data to drive business results. Will manage small projects and must have a Project Management skillset.
