Our client is a small fast growing consulting firm on the East side of Pittsburgh.

As an Administrative Assistant your attention to detail and initiative will help you  to successfully provide support to the Leadership team.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Monitor all administrative systems & functions for various members of the leadership team. Including, but not limited to, Outlook calendars, email, expense reporting and schedules
  • Prepare scheduled & ad hoc reports for regional/area and finance staff
  • Provide basic knowledge of corporate policies and procedures
  • Create & distribute communications to all staff
  • Plan & coordinate functions & meetings
  • Manager personal business matters for owners
  • Minimum of 8 years of proven professional administration experience
  • Strong organizational skills & proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment and requirements
  • Must have recent experience in a small office wearing a lot of hats as well as managing Executive relationships
